CheckNet

CheckNet is a very simple application that attempts to perform simple network connections to several of the Battleground Europe game servers to determine (a) if you can reach them and (b) how long establishing the connection takes. The aim is to help you detect firewall or network connectivity issues which make affect or prohibit gameplay.

This tool is provided to augment help provided through the official Playnet support channel. If the tool indicates to you that you have a problem, please copy & paste the output from the tool when you contact Playnet support.

Author's Notes

The application is pretty trivial, so it ought to work on most people's systems, but my experience with Windows development is incredibly basic.

The .zip file contains a readme explaining as much as I could.
